Get a plan on the console
Pick a Drive plan on the Console in any browser. Pay by card through Stripe, or from your account balance. The app can't do it.
Open the app again
Your storage is there. Anything you already put in your Drive from the console or the desktop app is waiting on your phone.
All plan and billing management is done on the Console. Pick your plan there and pay by card through Stripe, or from your account balance. Your plan applies across all devices, so when you enter back into the mobile app, any changes will be reflected there.
